Originally from Portland, Oregon, Zachary entered treatment in Salt Lake City in October 2016, a decision that marked a pivotal turning point in his life. During treatment, he began addressing unresolved trauma, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and PTSD connected to his past. Through this process, he discovered that healing was not only possible, but sustainable when supported by honesty, education, and connection. Zachary joined the Chateau team in 2017 and has grown through multiple roles across the organization. Starting on the frontline, he advanced into case management and later into leadership positions that support both clinical operations and organizational systems. His responsibilities include developing staff training materials, overseeing compliance education, supporting program departments, onboarding new hires, addressing client needs, and managing technical systems across the facility.
