Shannon Weaver brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to Chateau Health & Wellness through her work in residential treatment, clinical leadership, and therapeutic outreach.
Over the course of her career, she has served in a wide range of roles, including Primary Therapist, Clinical Director, and Director of Clinical Outreach and Admissions.
Because of this breadth, Shannon holds a comprehensive understanding of the full treatment continuum and the needs of both clients and families.
Her professional background includes county mental health systems, hospital crisis services, residential treatment centers, therapeutic boarding schools, and private practice.
This diversity allows her to balance clinical depth with systems level insight while remaining firmly client centered.
Global Perspective and Cultural Awareness
In addition to her work in the United States, Shannon has lived and worked internationally in Israel, Russia, and China. During this time, she provided counseling, teaching, and community support across varied cultural contexts.
