About Kali
Hi, I’m Kali, a 6 year old Heeler mix, and I absolutely love my job at Chateau.
I was born on June 15, 2019 in my pawrents’ basement office, which is honestly a very on brand origin story for someone as hardworking as me.
I grew up with my five siblings and my birth mom until we were about two months old and ready for adoption, but my humans decided I was simply too perfect to let go, so they adopted me themselves.
My Daily Rounds at Chateau
At Chateau Health & Wellness, I take my responsibilities seriously.
I check in on clients throughout the day, make sure everyone knows they are seen, and offer my signature move, gently placing my paw on someone as a polite request for pets. It’s effective, and yes, I’m aware.
I also attend group sessions, where I make a quick round of greetings and then settle in for a cozy nap right in the middle of the room. I like to think of it as modeling calmness and emotional safety. Plus, naps are part of my wellness plan.
Why I Love Being Here
I truly believe the clients need me just as much as I need them.
Being part of their day, even in small moments, is what makes my tail wag the most.
If someone is having a hard time, I’m there. If someone is doing great, I’m also there. Honestly, I’m consistent like that.
