About Arin
Arin Meade currently serves as Program Manager at Chateau Health & Wellness, where she helps oversee the day to day operations of the program in close collaboration with the Program Director. Her role reflects a steady progression rooted in compassion, consistency, and a deep respect for the recovery process.
Before entering the behavioral health field, Arin spent eight years working in animal rescue.
During that time, she supported cats and dogs who arrived traumatized and in need of patience, trust, and long term care.
That experience shaped her understanding of healing as a process that unfolds through safety, consistency, and genuine connection. Although the population changed, the heart of the work remained the same.
A Personal Connection to Trauma and Service
Arin’s commitment to working with first responders is also shaped by her family history. She comes from a lineage of military and service oriented individuals.
One grandfather was a prisoner of war during World War II, while another served both in the military and as a Fire Chief.
His struggle with alcoholism, and his eventual passing due to cirrhosis of the liver, left a lasting impression on Arin and deepened her understanding of the long term impact of trauma and untreated stress.
Through these experiences, Arin witnessed how trauma, PTSD, and substance use can affect not only individuals, but entire families.
Supporting first responders as they work through their own trauma felt like a natural and meaningful extension of her values and lived experience.
Program Leadership and Daily Operations
As Program Manager, Arin plays a central role in ensuring the program runs smoothly and consistently.
She supports clients throughout their stay by assisting with workbook assignments, coordinating transportation to appointments and workshops, and providing emotional support during challenging moments.
Her presence is steady and grounding. Whether offering guidance, listening without judgment, or simply being present, Arin helps create an environment where clients feel supported and respected.
She practices a mentor and life coach approach, meeting clients where they are while encouraging accountability, growth, and self trust.
A Grounded and Empathetic Perspective
Arin brings a unique perspective shaped by years of working with traumatized animals and a deep admiration for first responders and individuals navigating addiction and recovery. Her approach emphasizes patience, trust building, and emotional safety.
This grounded presence contributes meaningfully to the healing culture at Chateau and supports clients as they engage in vulnerable and transformative work.
What she finds most rewarding is the simple truth that no two days are the same. Being part of each client’s healing journey, even in small moments, is something she values deeply.
Life Beyond the Program
Outside of work, Arin enjoys a quieter pace. She values time with family and finds creative fulfillment through painting, DIY projects, and gardening.
When she gets outdoors, she enjoys hiking, and at home she loves reading mystery novels and spending time with her three dogs and cat, who bring her comfort and joy.
As Program Manager, Arin combines compassion, structure, and presence. Her leadership supports both the integrity of the program and the individual healing journeys unfolding within it, making her an essential part of the day to day life at Chateau Health & Wellness.
