About Hannah
A Decade of Growth Within Chateau
Hannah Lima has been a dedicated member of the Chateau Health & Wellness team going on ten years. Her professional journey reflects steady growth, adaptability, and a long standing commitment to client care.
She began as frontline program staff, progressed into lead staff and case management roles, and now serves as a Certified Social Worker.
Because Hannah has worked across nearly every level of care, she brings a practical, systems level understanding of treatment. This depth allows her to support clients with insight shaped by years of direct, hands on experience.
Experience Built From the Ground Up
Throughout her tenure at Chateau, Hannah has worked closely with clients in daily programming, care coordination, and therapeutic settings.
Her early roles established a strong foundation in structure, accountability, and relationship building. As she moved into case management, she developed expertise in aftercare planning, continuity of care, and navigating complex support systems.
Now, as a Certified Social Worker, Hannah integrates these experiences into her clinical work, helping clients translate treatment goals into sustainable, real world recovery strategies.
Trauma Informed Therapy and Brainspotting
In addition to her CSW role, Hannah is a Certified Addictions Substance Use Disorder Counselor (CASUDC) and provides Brainspotting as part of her therapeutic approach. Brainspotting allows clients to access and process trauma at a deeper neurological level, supporting emotional regulation, insight, and healing when traditional talk therapy alone may fall short.
By incorporating Brainspotting into her work, Hannah offers clients an additional trauma informed modality that supports recovery from both mental health and substance use challenges.
Blending Professional Training and Lived Insight
Hannah combines formal clinical training with meaningful lived experience. Her personal recovery journey informs her work in a grounded and respectful way, strengthening empathy while keeping the focus on each client’s individual process. This balance helps foster trust, safety, and genuine therapeutic connection.
Supporting Long Term Recovery
Hannah remains deeply involved in preparing clients for life beyond residential treatment. She emphasizes the importance of aftercare resources, community support, and ongoing accountability, recognizing that long term recovery depends on consistency and connection.
Alongside these responsibilities, she facilitates both individual and group therapy sessions, creating supportive environments where clients can process challenges, build skills, and move forward with confidence.
A Trusted and Steady Presence
Hannah’s long standing commitment to Chateau has made her a trusted presence for clients and colleagues alike. Her progression from frontline staff to Certified Social Worker reflects not only professional development, but also a sustained dedication to ethical care, growth, and service.
Through compassion, consistency, and experience earned over more than a decade, Hannah continues to play a meaningful role in supporting recovery and strengthening the culture of care at Chateau Health & Wellness.
