Faith Morretti
Alumni Program Director & Mindfulness Instructor
About Faith
Faith Morretti serves as the Alumni Program Director at Chateau Health & Wellness, where she supports individuals as they transition from treatment into long-term, sustainable recovery.
In this leadership role, Faith focuses on maintaining connection, accountability, and continuity of care for alumni as they re-enter daily life and navigate new challenges.
She brings a compassionate, steady presence to alumni support, helping individuals strengthen self leadership, rebuild confidence, and remain engaged with the Chateau community.
Faith’s approach emphasizes consistent communication, relational support, and the belief that recovery is an ongoing process rooted in connection and purpose.
Instruction in Mindfulness and Recovery-Based Practices
In addition to her leadership role, Faith also serves as a Mindfulness Instructor at Chateau. She facilitates Dharma Recovery, Yoga Nidra, and Deep Meditation groups for clients in treatment. These groups are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and internal stability, particularly for individuals navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and addiction.
Faith’s instructional work integrates mindfulness, meditation, and recovery principles to help clients develop practical tools they can carry beyond treatment.
Her facilitation style is grounded, inclusive, and accessible, offering alternatives for those who may feel disconnected from traditional recovery pathways.
Background in Holistic Health and Recovery Experience
Before joining Chateau, Faith studied Asian Medicine and Massage Therapy, building a foundation in holistic and natural health practices.
This background continues to inform both her alumni leadership and group facilitation, allowing her to support mind body awareness and long-term wellbeing.
With over 13 years in personal recovery, Faith brings lived experience to her work with individuals impacted by PTSD, mental health conditions, and addiction.
She understands the complexity of recovery and the importance of meeting people where they are, while still encouraging growth, accountability, and self trust.
Personal Values and Philosophy of Recovery
Outside of her professional roles, Faith values simplicity, presence, and creativity. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, being in nature, taking long walks, oil painting, and studying Buddhist philosophy. These practices reflect the same principles of balance and mindfulness she brings into her work with clients and alumni.
For Faith, recovery represents freedom from trauma, mental health struggles, and addiction.
She believes every individual deserves the opportunity to meet their Higher Self and build a life rooted in awareness, fulfillment, and healing.
