Brad Shepherd brings more than 25 years of distinguished law enforcement experience to his role at Chateau Health and Wellness. He spent his career with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, ultimately serving as a Captain and taking on a wide range of complex and high-risk assignments.
Throughout his tenure, Brad developed a strong foundation in leadership, crisis response, and operational decision-making, while gaining firsthand insight into the cumulative impact of trauma on public safety professionals.

Following his retirement from law enforcement, Brad devoted five years to the nonprofit wellness, peer support, and training community at a national level.
