Meet Roberto, our valued team member bringing 18 years of expertise to our maintenance and operations crew. Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, he made Utah his home 21 years ago and has been an essential part of our company for 2 years, having previously been a client at Chateau.

Roberto's diverse construction background spans plumbing, framing, finish work, landscaping, painting and more. His hands-on approach extends beyond the workplace, often tinkering around his own house. When he's not ensuring everything runs smoothly, he dedicates his free time to his kids, especially enjoying sports that involve his family.

His personal journey has been one of triumph; Roberto is three years of sobriety and uses his experiences in recovery to connect with others, making him an invaluable asset to our team. He passionately practices the Wim Hof method, even pursuing certification as an instructor. Through this practice, he has discovered more about himself and dedicates himself to service, notably through Alcoholics Anonymous.

Roberto's dedication to personal growth and his empathetic nature make him a remarkable team player and an understanding companion for those navigating similar paths. In addition to his professional commitment, he also leads breathing meditation sessions and shares the benefits of ice baths, further showcasing his dedication to holistic well-being.
