About Brooke

Brooke Clyde currently serves as the Program Director at Chateau Health & Wellness. She has been part of the Chateau community for more than ten years and brings over 15 years of experience in mental health and recovery focused environments. Her long standing presence reflects consistency, trust, and a deep understanding of both clients and program operations.

Brooke’s professional path has evolved alongside Chateau’s growth. Over the years, she has held multiple roles that placed her in close collaboration with clients and staff, giving her a comprehensive, ground level understanding of treatment programming and day to day care delivery.

Recovery Driven Purpose and Trauma Informed Care

Brooke’s dedication to mental health and healing is rooted in her own recovery journey. This lived experience has shaped her approach to care and inspired her to devote her career to helping others find stability, safety, and peace.

In addition to her work at Chateau, Brooke spent time supporting individuals at a women’s shelter, assisting those seeking to leave unhealthy and unsafe relationships. These experiences reinforced her commitment to trauma informed care and her belief in empowerment, autonomy, and long term healing.

Program Leadership and TRE Facilitation

During her years at Chateau, Brooke served for six years as a Lead Staff member and later in program leadership roles, working closely with clients and clinical teams. She also serves as a Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) instructor, offering structured techniques designed to help release stored trauma from the body.

TRE is often used to support anxiety reduction, nervous system regulation, and improved sleep, and Brooke integrates this modality thoughtfully within the program structure.

Now, as Program Director, Brooke oversees program operations with a focus on safety, consistency, and therapeutic integrity. Her leadership style emphasizes presence, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring that programming aligns with both clinical goals and client needs.

Ongoing Education and Vision for the Future

Brooke is currently pursuing her degree with the goal of becoming a therapist. Her academic path reflects her long term vision of deepening her clinical skill set while continuing to serve individuals healing from trauma.

Her passion lies in helping people move out of survival mode and into lives marked by peace, purpose, and connection. She is equally committed to teaching others how to build fulfilling lives rooted in self awareness and resilience.

Life Beyond the Program

Outside of her professional role, Brooke finds restoration in spending time outdoors and connecting with nature. She values the grounding and healing qualities of the natural world and encourages the same balance for those she serves.

As a mother of three, Brooke brings empathy, strength, and perspective into her work each day. Her multifaceted experience, lived insight, and unwavering dedication make her an essential leader within Chateau and a trusted guide for individuals navigating their healing journeys.
