Maren Eberhard

LCSW

Maren is an esteemed Primary Therapist at Chateau Health & Wellness, holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah and a Masters in Social Work from The University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. Her extensive qualifications include a BCIA Certification in Neurofeedback, Trauma Research Foundation’s Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies, and being a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. Maren has delved into various additional trainings such as Gottman Levels 1 & 2, Couples and Addiction Recovery, Attachment Based Family Therapy, and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).

With over 16 years as a licensed clinical social worker across diverse settings, including residential treatment centers, hospital systems, and private practice, Maren brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Her dedication stems from a deeply personal connection to mental health advocacy. Maren's father, a Vietnam Vet, struggled with PTSD, depression, and other challenges stemming from his service. His experiences, coupled with the lack of specialized resources during his lifetime, fuel

Maren's passion to honor his memory by offering the support and resources that were unavailable to her family. Her commitment to serving others is deeply rooted in her desire to keep her father's legacy alive by providing the care he didn't have access to.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Maren finds solace in various hobbies including enjoying movies, attending live music events, collecting children's books, and exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping. Her unique experiences span across continents, having worked as an international social worker in Epsom, England, and studying under the guidance of renowned researcher Brené Brown during graduate school. Recently transitioning from Texas to Utah, Maren continues her dedicated work in mental health while embracing new opportunities and experiences in her journey.
